Hi Dr. Germano, I thoroughly enjoyed your presentation at the RiverCenter in St. Paul, MN. I grew up in a Latin American Country, and it does apply to other countries as well. The documentary is very powerful, thank you for showing the Other side of Immigration. We need a more humanitarian society and you have made a terrific contribution. Hope that the idea of open borders catches on. America is one big continent from Canada to Patagonia. It is for our own benefit to develop the infrastructure of the whole continent and not to have our neighbors earning one or two dollars a day. Our leaders need a macro vision. Highly recommend the book “The End of Poverty” by Jeffrey Sacks at the New York Earth Institute. Muchas Gracias!
