I spent the first half of June in the Mexican countryside working on a new documentary. Rather than explore political and economic concepts like The Other Side of Immigration did, this documentary will examine the history and resurgence of a particular kind of traditional music. It’s a fun project that I hope you will enjoy. I’ll post more . . .
